Energy Efficiency Officer

Salary - £22,462 FTE pro rata per annum ( £14,526)

Hours – 24 hours per week flexible hours (some weekends may be required)

Location - Office/Home, flexible as the role demands

Contract - 18 months fixed term

As part of the Energy Redress Scheme we are looking for the role of Energy Efficiency Officer, who can take help address the issues of fuel poverty in our area. You will have recent and ongoing experience in advice and will be highly motivated and with a genuine desire to help people.

You will be working agilely from our offices, home and in various locations across Ashfield. Ideally, you will be flexible with your working pattern to help us respond to the needs of the project and be able to travel in and around the district (Ashfield)

This is an 18 month fixed term position with the possibility of extension subject to further funding.

Senior Debt Caseworker

Salary – £11,284 pa

Hours – 16 hours per week (12 hours casework + 4 hours for additional responsibility)

Location - Kirkby in Ashfield (including some home working)

We are looking for a Senior Debt Caseworker who can develop and deliver a comprehensive, confidential and flexible debt service to the people of Ashfield.

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has the ability to lead a team and manage their own workload while working to targets in a pressurised environment.

In addition to your 12 hours casework, you will receive enhanced pay for 4 hours of additional responsibility. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will supervise and support a small debt team, helping to manage and monitor targets and implement new and innovative ways of working.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has extensive knowledge and experience of debt advice and is looking for the opportunity to further develop their skills.
