Senior Debt Caseworker

Salary - £11,284 pa

Hours – 16 hours per week (12 hours casework + 4 hours for additional responsibility)

Location - Kirkby in Ashfield (including some home working)

We are looking for a Senior Debt Caseworker who can develop and deliver a comprehensive, confidential and flexible debt service to the people of Ashfield.

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has the ability to lead a team and manage their own workload while working to targets in a pressurised environment.

In addition to your 12 hours casework, you will receive enhanced pay for 4 hours of additional responsibility. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will supervise and support a small debt team, helping to manage and monitor targets and implement new and innovative ways of working.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has extensive knowledge and experience of debt advice and is looking for the opportunity to further develop their skills.

Temporary Debt Caseworker (Maternity Cover)

Salary - £16,361pa

Hours – 24 hours per week

Location - Kirkby in Ashfield (including some home working)

We are looking for a debt caseworker to cover maternity leave and join our dedicated debt team, providing comprehensive, confidential and flexible debt advice to the people Ashfield.

You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with the ability to interview, advise and work with people empathetically, demonstrating a commitment and passion for helping them overcome their debt issues.

You will be results-driven, have strong numerical and financial skills, significant experience of using a computer based recording and monitoring system, the ability to manage your own workload and to work to targets in a pressurised environment.

Ideally you will have recent and substantial experience of providing debt advice in an organisation where commitment to quality standards is paramount.

This is a fixed term position to April 2021
